Boost your immune system and help your body fight sickness.
Pour water into medium saucepan and add elderberries, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
Mush the berries carefully using a spoon or other flat utensil. I do this by placing them in a strainer over a bowl and mush so the juices pour thru into the bowl.
When the liquid is no longer hot add the honey and stir well.
Store in the fridge and take daily.
